LaMicah is an accomplished Business Coach and Operations expert based in Orlando, FL. His extensive expertise and passion for business have been cultivated over many years, beginning with his early involvement in the business community. While still in the 10th grade, LaMicah embarked on his professional journey as a Community Liaison Specialist with the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce. In this formative role, he gained invaluable experience in various facets of business development, including Financial Planning and Management, Operations Management, Networking, and Talent Acquisition and Development. Through these early endeavors, LaMicah developed a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of business management, laying a solid foundation for his future success as a distinguished professional in his field.
LaMicah pursued his higher education at Florida A&M University, graduating and commissioning into the U.S. Army as a Transportation Logistics Officer. In this capacity, LaMicah honed his expertise in coordination and movement of various military equipment and personnel. His role was highly demanding, as he was directly responsible for the coordination and oversight of more than $500 million in military assets at a time.
In 2021, LaMicah deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve and Operation Spartan Shield, serving as the Logistics Officer in Charge for the 11th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade unit based out of Fort Carson, CO. Operating across the Middle East, he was accountable for all logistical operations related to soldiers, helicopters, and equipment. LaMicah successfully created and implemented procedures that streamlined logistical processes, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. While overseas, he was handpicked to be the Logistics Officer for the 7-158th General Support Aviation Battalion when President Biden visited Israel in 2022.In recognition of his distinguished service, LaMicah was awarded the Army Commendation Medal in a combat zone, underscoring his exceptional contributions and dedication to duty.
LaMicah then advanced to the role of Operations Officer for a Civil Affairs Battalion, where he was entrusted with the management of operations for five Civil Affairs companies. In this capacity, LaMicah was responsible for the meticulous preparation of operations orders and the coordination of numerous events within the Indo-PACOM and SOUTHCOM regions. His leadership was instrumental in automating operational processes, thereby introducing more efficient and modern methodologies to conduct operations. LaMicah’s efforts not only streamlined workflows but also enhanced overall mission readiness and execution. His innovative approach significantly improved the Battalion’s operational effectiveness, establishing him as a pivotal figure in optimizing military operations within these critical areas of responsibility.
